Equipped with a lifting head, the KitchenAid 5KSM7580X pastry robot comes with an ellipse-shaped 11-wire stainless steel whisk, a flat beater, a spiral hook, as well as a plastic pouring lid. Its 6.6L stainless steel lifting bowl is extremely practical since you can place, among other things, ice cube trays just below to whip up your whipped cream in a flash , or simply add ingredients without having to lift the head of the appliance! 

Having made its reputation thanks to the legendary "planetary movement", a particular technique by which the beater turns in one direction, while whipping in the other. The ingredients are thus pushed towards the center of the bowl for an even mixture and delicious pasta.
